I started having pains in my anus in 2011 and when I became sexually active,I had an ectopic pregnancy in 2013 though I didn't get my tube removed because the embryo was attached to my ovary not inside my tube. Ever since then my body system changed and my period which used to be moderately heavy has become slight. Now these days,I have pain in my anus that comes at some time of the month and last two weeks I got a terrible pain in my pelvic area with pinkish slippery discharge which lasted for 3 days and stopped on it's own.I took a pregnancy test and it came out negative and also infection tests that were negative, I am now getting scared because I'm getting married next year. I hope this doesn't mean I'm infertile? Is it endometriosis? I've been visiting the internet a lot and have seen scary things.
